چکیده
The prevailing trend of increasing urbanization and habitat fragmentation makes knowledge species’ requirements distribution a crucial factor in conservation urban planning. Species models (SDMs) offer powerful toolboxes for discriminating the underlying environmental factors driving suitability. Nevertheless, challenges SDMs emerge if multiple data sets - often sampled with different intention therefore sampling scheme – can complement each other increase predictive accuracy. Here, we investigate potential using recent integration techniques to model movement corridors Eurasian red squirrels ( Sciurus vulgaris ), an area. We constructed hierarchical integrating quality stemming from unstructured on one side semi-structured wildlife observation campaigns combined likelihood approach compared results modeling based only source wherein all were fit same selection variables. Our study highlights importance considering enhance their performance. finally used Circuitscape (version 4.0.5) most robust SDM delineate suitable as basis planning road mortality mitigation measures. indicate that even though are common, habitats rather small partially lack connectivity along natural Berlin. Thus, additional could bring species closer its limit persist environments, where our act template management implications.

Spatial Modeling of Censored Survival Data
An important issue in survival data analysis is the identification of risk factors. Some of these factors are identifiable and explainable by presence of some covariates in the Cox proportional hazard model, while the others are unidentifiable or even immeasurable. Spatial correlation of censored survival data is one of these sources that are rarely considered in the literatures. In this paper,...

Integration of Disaster Event Data into Spatial Data Infrastructures
The Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System (GDACS) collects near real-time hazard information about earthquakes, tsunamis, tropical cyclones, floods and volcanoes. Although all the collected disaster event data has a geographic reference it was up to now not integrated into a Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI). For a more efficient use of the data and to create interoperability we started...
